Founded in 2026 in West Monroe, LA, we sought to offer fine dining without the crowds or the need to travel. Our love of cooking and commitment to delivering high quality, great tasting food gave rise to Hello Magnificent. Today, we’re thrilled to bring our expertise from the kitchen to your home.

I. THE STARTER
Seasonal Green Salad Mixed greens, heirloom cherry tomatoes, and English cucumber dressed in a house made herb vinaigrette or Ranch
II. THE ENTRÉE on the turf
Roasted Cornish Hen Garlic-herb compound butter, Yukon gold roasted potatoes, and seasonal market vegetables
Filet Mignon Luxurious red wine reduction, velvet mashed potatoes, and garlic-tossed asparagus
Ribeye Steak Perfect center cut, roasted garlic whipped potatoes, and a medley sautéed green beans
II. THE ENTRÉE on the surf
Pan-Seared Red Snapper or Salmon Zesty lemon-butter emulsion, wild rice pilaf, and snap tender sautéed asparagus
Garlic Butter Shrimp Colossal tiger shrimp basted in herb butter, served over fragrant rice with florets of roasted broccoli
Lobster Pasta House made parmesan sauce over an Italian pasta topped with a Caribbean warm water lobster paired with seasoned asparagus

- Southern Shrimp & Grits – Creamy stone ground grits, sautéed shrimp, bacon, scallions, and our deauraux sauce
- Veggie Omelet – Spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, cheddar, served with toast and roasted potatoes

Catering Experience
We must meet with the client or their representative to discuss menu options in order to understand the client’s needs, preferences, and expectations for the event. This meeting allows us to learn important details such as the number of guests, dietary restrictions, budget, event style, and theme. By discussing these factors together, we can recommend appropriate menu choices and ensure the food and service match the client’s vision, creating a successful and enjoyable event.

Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. However, you may reschedule your service for a different date if needed.
An official invoice for the remaining balance will be provided prior to your scheduled service date.
